What is TAO Teens?

TAO Teens is a vibrant, welcoming program for Jewish students post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Each month, teens gather for meaningful conversations with Rabbi Marc and Rebekah, participate in community service projects, and enjoy social experiences that strengthen identity, friendships, and leadership.

Monthly Gatherings

We meet in our Teen Lounge or on Zoom for guided discussions, we have guest speakers, and seasonal topics. Some sessions include Krav Maga, creative projects, food prep for Food Drives, music, and other opportunities for expression and reflection.

Volunteer Opportunities

Teens earn 50+ hours of community service through hands-on projects like beach clean-ups, feeding the hungry, interfaith concerts, and more. A signed service letter is earned by the end of the academic year.

Teen Choir

Our TAO Teen Choir performs at the Delray Beach Beloved Community Holiday Concert, Holocaust Remembrance ceremonies, Martin Luther King Day events, and TAO’s High Holy Day Yizkor service.

Real Conversations

At the heart of our program is honest dialogue, on faith, current events, peer challenges, Jewish pride, and more, helping teens feel seen, safe, and spiritually supported.

The Lounge

The TAO Teen Lounge is a relaxed upstairs space with a couch, desk, snacks, and a game console, perfect for downtime anytime.

Cost & Registration

$1000 includes all snacks, supplies, service letter, and security. Sessions are held at 440 N Swinton Avenue, on Zoom, or out in the community. Parents are welcome – encouraged – to join us for any community service projects we plan.
