• Jules Alpern stirred up possibilities all over the place for this event.  From soliciting auction donations and practitioners to chairing the Phone Committee, Social Media, proofing the directory, Jules was always a Can-Do and a shining light of love and contribution.
        

          
• To merely say thank you to Dottie & Robert Zveibil for the use of their home as our venue does not begin to share their love for us. Preparations begin two weeks prior with people coming in to trim trees, clean, fix, repair...  And it takes days to put the house back together again. There was not a room in the house (and it's a big house!) that was not used for the event...even hallways, three refrigerators, the laundry room!  As always, it was magically transformed into our oasis for the day.
          
• Meyer Weiss - Starting days before the event, picking up things, dropping things off as well as setting up the tents, generously loaned to us by Lori Samuels and Debbie Perlman.  
          
• Rob Nurlinger, Alex Ozeryansky helped Meyer set up tents.  They along with Evelyn Madnick, Cecile Dumornay and Penny Cheever set up the beautiful patio dining area.  Rob recovered some of the table tops to help create the beautiful, festive dining area.
          
• Karen Rosenfeld set up paperwork to allow the event to process smoothly.
        

          
• Sheriff Michael Fish - with a smile on his face all day and for the umpteenth year in a row - did an exceptional job making sure parking was reserved for those needing shorter walks; the police were not called because we parked in the wrong place; the driveway was vacant for practitioners to load and unload, and more than I am probably aware of.
        

          
• Check in and check out (a full-day, 100% post-filled position) was the fastest and smoothest ever thanks to planning and execution by Renee Greene, Rebecca Negrin, Nira Benbassat.
        

          
• Penny Cheever, Joe Negrin, Rob Nurlinger, Richard Whelan welcomed Practitioners, helped them to their rooms and explained the flow of the day.  It was a great, smooth start to the event.  Thankfully, practitioners arrived early, so it was easy to take care of them.
          
• Jules Alpern, Peter Fox, Evelyn Madnick, Dottie Zveibil and I found 21 really great practitioners and spiritual readers who lovingly donated their time and energy.
        

          
• Cecile Dumornay, Anne Goldberg, Evelyn Madnick, Alex Oseryansky, Yulia Oseryansky (and probably others) cooked, plated, set up, broke down, cleaned up and everything else that it entails to serve dinner to about 60 people.  The buffet table looked beautiful.  The food was delicious.
          
• Sheryl Reback cooked from scratch - we're still trying to find out where to buy scratch - the most amazing and delicious assortment of desserts.  The whole dining room table was covered edge to edge.
          
• Meyer Weiss, the coconut king!  The Zveibils had all the coconuts from their property cut down before the event, and Meyer opened each one for everyone who wanted fresh, coconut milk.
          
• Esther Levy, Renee Greene and Irene Yovu donated and solicited some of the items we indulged and imbibed in as well!
        

          
• Sheryl Reback oversaw and beautifully set up the auction and take me areas.  We had a ton of stuff packed into a small area.  It looked fabulous, everyone got a great, great deal, and we were successful! Cecile Dumornay, Penny Cheever, Karen Rosenfeld and Richard Whelan supported Sheryl during the day with the auction area as well.
          
• Barry Julius, Pam Kelner, Marie Nix, Jules Alpern, Esther Levy, Sheryl Reback, Irene Yovu and I solicited items for our very successful auction.
          
• Dottie Zveibil donated a 3-Hour Experiential seminar The Soul Connection on Sunday, June 14 from 2:00 - 5:00.  Registration is still open!  It's only $54, tax-deductible, and 100% of the proceeds go to TAO.

• Esther Levy and Joe Negrin sold raffle tickets and explained the great raffle prizes throughout the day.
          
• Robert Zveibil came up with the great idea to sell all the unsold items at the auction at a live auction during dinner.  Wife Dottie played Vanna, and what a huge success...and fun!!!
